Since starting coaching, I've created an action plan to accelerate my performance across a few different areas of opportunity. This includes everything from how I stay organized to better communications with my manager and seek help where needed. The most recent coaching I took the opportunity to educate my legal team on our business model and this helped me build a more collaborative relationship. I'm already seeing a benefit to this new partnership as I just closed the largest deal in the Publisher's business in over 2 years valued at $30k per month. My coaching sessions have had a big impact in helping me improve my performance across multiple facets including operation efficiency, cross functional effectiveness and no revenue.
